All orders are accepted by Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

Guarantee
Where applicable our products come with a full manufacturers guarantee.
Manufacturers’ warranties are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions and are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited accepts no responsibility for costs incurred in returning faulty items to the manufacturer after 28 days from purchase.

Duty, Vat and Applicable Tax
The customer is solely responsible for customs, import duties and taxes.
Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited is 'not' responsible for any national, regional or local customs, duties or taxes imposed by governmental authorities outside the U.K.

We cannot and will not contact individual authorities to obtain import restrictions and duties for specific products.

Before ordering please contact local import officials in your country for details on the duties and taxes you will be required to pay upon receipt of your shipment. Commercial goods cannot be marked as "gift" to avoid import duties, and the contents or value of the items contained in any shipment cannot be falsified on import paperwork.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. To order products using this website, simply follow these steps:

Click the button corresponding to the type of product (eg Pipes) you wish to purchase.

Find the product(s) you wish to purchase from that section.

Brucciani.ltd offers the following payment options.

By Secure Server
Payments can be made over the internet through Sage Pay. This securely process card payments via mail order using their Virtual Terminal.

By Phone
Telephone us Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM on (+44) 01228 522 168 and we will be pleased to take your order.

How to pay
We happily accept credit card payment on the following cards - Master Card (Eurocard), Visa, Visa delta and Switch. Please enter your card number, valid from date and expiry date on the order form. For Switch cards we also require the card Issue number. Your card will then be debited with the cost of your order on the day of despatch.

Returns
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
